A marriage contract to me is as binding as any in business and I have always believed in sticking to an agreement.

How do you explain the bond between man and wife? Well for one thing it's private. What people do in their own marriage is their own business.

This marriage is no one's business but our own.

I would like it to be a legal requirement for all businesses to be linked to a charity.

'Strictly Business' is about a young black man who is learning about himself and that applies to a lot of young black men those who are trying to find jobs. This film gives them a good look at that situation.

People trust I know what I'm doing. I have lots of credibility. I've had years of learning. I know and understand my business.

All those years we'd spent learning these chops and all those gigs in Germany where you'd play all night and along comes punk. It has nothing to do with that. A lot of people went out of business.

Currently I am overseeing the construction of the new Trump Tower in Chicago. I am involved in meeting with the construction crews architects and sales teams. I am learning a lot and working with some of the best in the business.

I looked at longevity in show business when I was about 13 and the people who seemed to have longevity were the ones who'd spent quite a bit of time learning about what they were doing before they made it.

I began learning the sportswriting business very early in life.

That folk music led to learning to play and making things up led to what turns out to be the most lucrative part of the music business - writing because you get paid every time that song gets played.

I've never gone to acting school and I never will so I'm learning about the business from the people who are in the business. It doesn't seem like I work at all. And the unknown is always exciting.

In this business if you take too long the landscape changes. So the opportunities that were there when I decided to take a break weren't there when I came back. It's like 'Wait a second - what happened here?' It was a real learning experience. I've paid my dues I will tell you that.

They are the guiding oracles which man has found out for himself in that great business of ours of learning how to be to do to do without and to depart.

I thought I was learning about show business. The more painful it was the more important I thought the experience must be. Hating it I convinced myself it must be invaluable.

Why - because as a oil and gas small business owner - I know if someone is not doing their job they should not get paid. Again leadership by example.

The business manager was doing fine back in his office while they were out on the line hungry. And so they started to see a lot of that and there was that maybe the leadership had its own cause. More so than the miners you know it was like a power struggle.

Twenty-eight years in business and you understand the importance of problem solving and the importance of efficiency because if you don't become efficient you don't run a business well and you are out of business. And I think some of those principles could be applied to leadership in Washington.

Whether it was his ability to turn around the Massachusetts economy or turn around businesses in the private sector Mitt Romney has demonstrated the leadership that we need in the White House to get the country on the right track.

The one thing I have learned as a CEO is that leadership at various levels is vastly different. When I was leading a function or a business there were certain demands and requirements to be a leader. As you move up the organization the requirements for leading that organization don't grow vertically they grow exponentially.

We live in a time where government is not a leadership thing it's more a business that's out there and running riot so I guess the people have to go out there and say stuff.

Each one of us and indeed all those who aspire to national leadership must bring their own visions views and styles to the business of reforming Nigeria and the search for solutions.

I want American Dream growth - lots of new businesses well-paying jobs and American leadership in new industries like clean energy and biotechnology.
