The age in which we live this non-stop distraction is making it more impossible for the young generation to ever have the curiosity or discipline... because you need to be alone to find out anything.

'Bombing Afghanistan back into the Stone Age' was quite a favourite headline for some wobbly liberals. The slogan does all the work. But an instant's thought shows that Afghanistan is being if anything bombed out of the Stone Age.

I'm 36 and if I met a woman of my own age and married her I'd also be marrying her former life her past. It might be OK for some people - I don't want to judge it or anything - but it's not for me. It would destroy my creativity.

Before anything else we need a new age of Enlightenment. Our present political systems must relinquish their claims on truth justice and freedom and have to replace them with the search for truth justice freedom and reason.
