Because of technological limits there is a certain amount of food that we can produce per acre. If we were to have intensive greenhouse agriculture we could have much higher production.

I can celebrate food anytime. I love cheese. When I crave a certain food I just eat it.

Well yeah. At a certain point you've got to be really honest with yourself. Like 'Why am I doing this? What are my motivations?' Like if you get into it because you want to be famous? Then you've got a long row to hoe. But if you really feel like it's a labour of love and it's something you're actually legitimately good at then it's not that hard to keep plugging away.

There's always going to be that pressure when you're in front of the camera. When you're famous it's just an extreme version of reality and there's a pressure to look a certain way.
