You know there was a time just before I started to study physical science when astronomers thought that systems such as we have here in the solar system required a rare triple collision of stars.
Poetry seems to sink into us the way prose doesn't. I can still quote verses I learned when I was very young but I have trouble remembering one line of a novel I just finished reading.
