The other side of it is that despite all that people reach out to poetry at the key moments in their lives.
We simply have not kept in touch with poetry.
I write poetry in order to live more fully.
I was not out to paint beautiful pictures even painting good pictures was not important to me. I wanted only to help the truth burst forth.
